What's New
This documentation serves as an introduction to the features and significant changes made for the Ed-Fi ODS / API v3.4.
This release is aligned to Ed-Fi Data Standard v3.2. There are no breaking API or JSON model changes accompanying this release of the OS/API. However, platform hosts should be aware that there are some breaking database changes, as well as breaking changes to build and deployment pipelines. In addition this release requires implementers to update to MetaEd v2.2. See What's New in v3.4 for details.

This documentation is for technical professionals who work with educational data, including business analysts, database administrators, and software developers.
Prerequisites
The Ed-Fi ODS / API technology is free to license and use. Access to the Ed-Fi repository on GitHub is required to download the Ed-Fi ODS / API technical material. Click here for more information.
